1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging with tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged products not due to manufacturer defect

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@housershoes.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error or defective item.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
